Who Qualifies For The Program?

Our program is a catalyst for individuals who possess not only the vision to succeed but also the determination to put in the work necessary to turn dreams into reality.

At SEDP, we believe in cultivating a strong foundation for entrepreneurial growth. To ensure participants can fully benefit from this program, we’ve outlined a set of criteria that reflect the values and qualities essential for long-term success:

1. Basic Knowledge of Business Practices-Understanding core business concepts such as financial management, marketing, and customer service is crucial for navigating the entrepreneurial journey. While advanced expertise isn’t required, a willingness to build on foundational skills is key.
2. Integrity-Entrepreneurs with integrity build trust with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Honesty and ethical behavior form the cornerstone of sustainable business growth.
3. Consistency-Success doesn’t happen overnight, it requires dedication and steady effort. We seek participants who demonstrate reliability and persistence in pursuing their goals.
4. Passion for Leveling Up-A relentless pursuit for growth and a drive to chase your dreams are vital for overcoming obstacles and scaling new heights. Passion fuels progress, and we’re looking for individuals ready to push boundaries and embrace the journey.

Enrollment Details

Open enrollment for our in-person classes is available twice a year in January and July. Classes are held in San Diego, California (January) and Tampa, Florida (July), running six consecutive Saturdays. The investment for attendees is $1,149.99. To enroll, participants must have a minimum of three years of entrepreneurial experience and annual business revenue of at least $30,000. This is an advanced course designed for experienced entrepreneurs ready to go deeper. VIP Access is granted to attendees who have completed our CEO Mindset or She Means Business course.

What We Cover: Six Week Course Curriculum

Each course is design to help you identify specific barriers or challenges that are hindering your growth. You will walk away with practical techniques to scale your business.

Week 1: The CEO Operating System- Stop working in your business and start running it. This session covers how to design your role as CEO, build an executive decision-making framework, delegate with precision, and create the internal structure that allows your business to operate without you at the center of everything.

Week 2: Auditing & Pivoting- Every successful business requires an honest look in the mirror. This session walks you through how to audit what’s working, identify what’s holding you back, and make strategic pivots that move you forward without starting over.

Week 3: Building a Scalable Business Model- Growth without structure leads to burnout. This session focuses on how to build systems, processes, and teams that allow your business to scale without requiring more of you at every stage.

Week 4: Scaling Revenue Without Chaos- More revenue shouldn’t mean more problems. This session focuses on identifying your highest-leverage revenue opportunities, building repeatable systems that grow income without adding overwhelm, and making the strategic moves that compound over time.

Week 5: Strategic Partnerships & Deal Making– The fastest path to scale is rarely doing it alone. This session teaches how to identify, approach, and structure high-value partnerships, joint ventures, and deals that expand your reach, resources, and revenue without starting from scratch.

Week 6: Wealth Building & Business Asset Strategy- Being a successful business owner and building lasting wealth are not the same thing. This session covers how to treat your business as an asset, diversify income at an advanced level, understand business valuation, and make financial decisions that build long-term wealth.
