The Sisterhood In Solidarity Organization provides online courses, development, fellowship, scholarships, resources and practical how-to techniques to empower female entrepreneurs to chase their dreams.

The Founder

Paola is a fearless business owner and serial entrepreneur. She has built her success by navigating the unpredictable realities of entrepreneurship and turning challenges into profitable opportunities. Her entrepreneurial journey began at just twenty-one, when she stepped into leadership within her family’s restaurant business. That experience sparked her passion for innovation, independence, and business development—laying the foundation for her path as a multi-business founder.
Since 2019, Paola has built and scaled multiple businesses across different industries and founded a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs with practical tools for success. Through Sisterhood In Solidarity (SIS) and its collective, The Entrepreneur Mind Tribe, she provides business development programs, mindset training, networking opportunities, scholarships, and strategic resources designed to help women entrepreneurs scale and monetize their brands.
With a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management (Summa Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude), Paola combines academic excellence with real-world entrepreneurial experience. This blend allows her to guide women through both the mindset and strategic execution required to build sustainable, scalable businesses.
As a serial entrepreneur and mentor, Paola champions the belief that every woman has the power to customize her brand—to define her narrative, own her identity, and build a legacy rooted in purpose, profit, and impact.
