Our Story
Sisterhood In Solidarity was born from the real-life journey of building businesses through uncertainty, self-doubt, unexpected challenges, and personal growth. As a serial entrepreneur who has created multiple businesses and income streams, our founder, Paola Paniagua, understands that having a vision is only the beginning. Turning that vision into a profitable and sustainable business requires clarity, consistency, and the right strategy.
SIS was created to equip female entrepreneurs with the mindset, tools, and strategies to build profitable businesses with clarity. What began as one woman’s desire to share the lessons she learned through entrepreneurship has grown into a supportive community of female entrepreneurs committed to exchanging knowledge, strengthening one another, and creating opportunities for collective growth. Through practical courses, business resources, collaborative community, and development programs, we help women move beyond feeling overwhelmed and begin building with greater confidence.
At Sisterhood In Solidarity, our motto is, “Real queens don’t compete. They move in solidarity.” We believe when women are equipped with strategy, surrounded by community, and encouraged to remain consistent, they are empowered to build businesses rooted in purpose and profitability.
Our Founder
Paola Paniagua is a serial entrepreneur, business strategist, and the founder of Sisterhood In Solidarity. Her entrepreneurial journey began at the age of twenty-one when she stepped into a leadership role within her family’s restaurant business. That early experience introduced her to the realities of entrepreneurship and helped shape her ability to transform challenges into profitable opportunities.
Since 2019, Paola has created and developed several businesses across multiple niches. Her firsthand experience navigating uncertainty, developing brands, and identifying new revenue opportunities allows her to connect with female entrepreneurs at every stage of entrepreneurship.
Paola is committed to creating the education, resources, and community she believes every female entrepreneur needs to scale strategically. Her work reflects one guiding belief:

The Entrepreneurial Mind Tribe- (EMT)
The Entrepreneurial Mind Tribe is a community of sixteen ambitious women who understand that building a successful business requires more than a great idea. The EMT Tribe brings together female entrepreneurs from different industries, backgrounds, and stages of business. Each woman contributes her own knowledge, experience, and perspective, creating an environment where members can exchange ideas, share resources, celebrate progress, build partnerships, and achieve sustainable success.Â
