The Founder…

As a Serial Entrepreneur, Pam is no stranger to navigating the unchartered and often uncertain entrepreneurial landscape. Pam has been in the world of entrepreneurship for more than twenty-five years. Pam’s first entrepreneur experience was bestowed upon her at the age of twenty-one when she learned how to operate the family’s restaurant business. Through years of experience balancing entrepreneurship and working in the corporate world, Pam learned the importance of building a network of like-minded professional women.

Since 2019, from conception to fruition, Pam has single-handedly created four businesses (in various niches) and one organization for female entrepreneurs to offer solutions to consumers that solve everyday problems. With the help of other successful female entrepreneurs (The Entrepreneur Mind Tribe) through Sisterhood In Solidarity, Pam creates resources, empowerment content, development programs, fellowship opportunities, scholarship programs, and ways for female entrepreneurs to strategize, expand, and monetize their businesses or brands.

Holding a Master’s Degree Human Resources Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude, Pam has the perfect combination of education and hands-on experience to help other female entrepreneurs navigate the changing landscape in the world of business. As a Serial Entrepreneur with multiple businesses, Pam believes it is important for female entrepreneurs to “Customize Their Brand” and build a strong brand identity.

“Pam mantra is “Train your mind to believe that you can do anything”
