The Sisterhood In Solidarity Organization provides online courses, development, fellowship, scholarships, resources and practical how-to techniques to empower female entrepreneurs to chase their dreams.

The Founder

Paola is a powerhouse in the entrepreneurial world, fearlessly navigating the uncharted and often unpredictable terrain of business ownership. With over twenty-three years of experience, she has transformed challenges into opportunities and ideas into thriving ventures. Her entrepreneurial journey began at just twenty-one, when she stepped into leadership to help manage her family’s restaurant business. That experience ignited a passion for innovation, independence, and impact. 
Since 2019, Paola has turned vision into reality—single-handedly creating four distinct businesses across multiple niches and founding an organization for female entrepreneurs dedicated to providing consumer solutions to everyday problems. Through her flagship organization, Sisterhood In Solidarity, and its collective of successful women known as The Entrepreneur Mind Tribe, Paola curates empowerment resources, business development programs, fellowship opportunities, scholarships, and strategies designed to help female entrepreneurs strategize, expand, and monetize their brands.
Armed with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management (Summa Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude), Paola blends academic excellence with hands-on entrepreneurial wisdom. She understands the evolving demands of modern business and uses that knowledge to guide women toward sustainable success. 
As a Serial Entrepreneur, Paola champions the belief that every woman has the power to “Customize Her Brand”—to define her narrative, own her identity, and build a legacy that reflects her purpose and power.
